MAKING A PAYMENT:
We accept the following credit & debit cards on the Malcolm Rouse Photography web site, through our secure payment server Barclaycard Merchant Services.
Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Maestro UK, JCB.
Payment can only be accepted in pound sterling.
All credit & debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer when you place an order. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Malcolm Rouse Photography accepts UK cheques crossed and made payable to: Malcolm Rouse Photography. All cheques must be cleared before products are dispatched. All goods remain the property of Malcolm Rouse Photography until full payment has been received.
DELIVERY:
UK Delivery: We offer two methods of delivery, Standard Post &
Courier Delivery (needing a signature on delivery).
Depending on weight, size and delivery method required, orders will
either be sent Second Class or Courier (24 - 48 hours).
Standard Delivery:
Second class delivery within 14-28 working days. Excluding bank holidays.
If a customer provides delivery instructions, which either prevents a signature being obtained on receipt of the parcel or the parcel is to be left unattended, then, Malcolm Rouse Photography cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the order.
We currently deliver Worldwide .VAT (value added Tax)
There are no hidden extra charges. You just pay the stated product price plus a postage & packaging cost.
SECURITY
Malcolm Rouse Photography use Barclaycard Merchant services as its payment server. It is protected by a 128 bit SSL (secure Socket Layer) secure server, meaning all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted.
When you enter into a secure area the URL that appears in the address bar will change from HTTP to HTTPS.

We treat all your personal information as confidential, although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the limited circumstances listed below:
We only collect relevant data to enable us to process your order and monitor behaviour patterns in our web shop. Malcolm Rouse Photography total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Malcolm Rouse Photography to the customer, together with any postage & packaging costs incurred.
Malcolm Rouse Photography shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
Malcolm Rouse Photography can not be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including account details or details you provide us when accessing or ordering from Malcolm Rouse Photography web site, unless this can be proven in law to be due to our negligence.
Malcolm Rouse Photography will not be liable to you or in breach of contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Please choose carefully as refunds may not be given due to the custom nature of the product. If you are unhappy with the quality, please contact us to discuss your options.
A returned item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches Malcolm Rouse Photography. We therefore advise you use an insured delivery method to return an item to Malcolm Rouse Photography, as we are not accountable for parcels being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.*
* Also applies to damaged returned items.
DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of order via email: malcolm.rouse@btinternet.com (We can only accept written confirmation via email)
We can then arrange for a refund or replacement after the damaged item has been returned to us.
In these circumstances Malcolm Rouse Photography will reimburse the customer for the reasonable delivery cost of the returned damaged item.
